Hey, y’all! My name is Hunterpaige, & I am the owner of Wilder Roots. In September of 2022, I was a wife, momma to a 6 month old, & full-time 2nd grade teacher. I was also in the dark valley of PPD+PPA. I was desperate for a way to be able to stay home with my son.
After much prayer, the opportunity to start a clothing company became more & more realistic.
When searching for a name, I knew that I wanted to incorporate two things: my son’s name & my faith.
My childhood dance teacher actually helped me brainstorm, & so ‘Wilder Roots” was created!

Wilder: my son; my reasoning behind it all

Roots: it is my prayer for myself, my family, & my business that I will stay strongly “root”ed in my faith & morals in all that I do. I hope to use my business to bring glory to God while showcasing the answered prayer of being able to be home with my son.
